Wow! The swirling, twisting movement in this is so awesome!
What publication is this more? It looks like there might be room for some text on the top left…Hehe, you got a mention on Jon Schindehette’s blog today – he was talking about the “Lockwood Filter” with regards to dragons.

That was for Hamilton Mint; they’re producing some sculptures based on my dragon designs and paintings. The fiorst one should be out soon. They’re a tad odd, but the sculpts aren’t bad, and I’m excited to see them out there. This was the fourth and final one. It was designed to fit on a sculpted wing … which is why there’s so little room for type: there isn’t any!
And now I’m off to Jon’s blog to see what he had to say …

Another amazing work that blows my mind. The movement and action are superb as it goods, and of course your layout and design are always Masterful. I’ve said it more than once, and I am sure I will say it many more times. No one, and I mean NO ONE can draw and paint dragons like you do. You are the man!

Amazing and beautiful as always. I love the details and the wonderful color scheme in this! And the striking action poses as well.
I love all of your dragons, they are my greatest inspiration when I draw and paint!
