It does not appear to be connected with the Orphan Works bill. It's not clear to us why the domain was registered anonymously, and from all appearances, its registration and renewals would seem to be coincidental to the fortunes of the Orphan Works Acts of 2006 and 2008. We regret any confusion and we'd urge others not to forward or post our recent email to others.
